MODIFICATION ORDER

 

Any modification of the original order for which the reservation is requested carries implicit a delay on the date of shipment (add more leotards, more crystals).

 

PAYMENT

 

The payment of a deposit of 50 euros per leotards confirms the order and the start of production on the due date, so that any delay in income affect the agreed delivery date.

 

Once the order is completed the total amount will be paid (less 50 euros from deposit)

 

If you choose one of the shipping companies we work with (FedEx, TNT and POST), the amount thereof together with the rest remaining to pay the order before being sent will be paid.

 

The prices are not including taxes or fees on shipping if any (buy in Canarias is exempt from 21% VAT)

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Cancel the order after confirmation will  loss of deposit as damages.

 

It will not be under any circumstances, transfer, deduct the leotards to another or to a different award to the original person voided turn.

 

Only if the agreed delivery date is exceeded and DAVIDE Maillots has not finalized the order without just cause shall be a refund of the total amount of the deposit.

 

SHIPPING

 

Sample leotards

 

Sending the prototype leotard to take measurements for school competition is assumed by the client, both the outward and return, unless they are more than 5 leotards, then the way is run by Davide Maillots.

 

Sending the prototype leotard to take measurements for school exhibition is assumed by the client, both the outward and return, unless they are more than 10 leotards, then the way is run by Davide Maillots.

 

To avoid delays is mandatory shipments by express mail, never by normal courier.

 

Finished leotards

 

The costs order will be made once the total amount paid and never before, in case of delay, will remain in the accounting department awaiting admission.

 

EXCLUSIVE

 

Unless signed an exclusive contract requested by the client, exclusivity periods for each range of leotards can be modified by the company without could concur in any claim from the customer, as it is a courtesy to our company retaining at all times copyright of each design and scope of uniqueness of each one of them.

 

 

RETURNS

 

We offer a return when:

 

The damages are attributable to the production and not the subsequent use of the garment.

 

We not arrangement maillots to which they were applied crystals, appliques outside our manufacturing materials that are made.

 

There have been more than 7 days of receipt.

 

Leotards have not been used in competitions, contests or exhibitions.

 

Have been sent photos of these damages.

 

Once studied and accepted the return, you will be in a single shipment by express mail on delivery and returned in time not more than 20 working days from receipt.

 

Important:

 

 1 The responsibility for measures corresponds to the client, as well as arrangements arising from a bad measures annotation. Reception of exclusive designs is between 20 and 5 days before the manufacturing process of the maillot.

 

 

2 Remember that our products are customized, so according to the law, are not returnable and can not be used retrospectively.

 

 

3.The design team reserves the right to change at its discretion any of the leotard to enhance or embellish.
